Littering the road very close to Berger bus stop, Lagos is mangled body or torso of an unknown person.Every parts of the body are dismembered, the sight is disgusting.I quickly remember what the bible says about human beings, it says we are like beast of the field.
The cause of the fellow death is unknown, but in a civilized country the mangled body would have been removed from the road.What about the health implications? government agencies in charge of enviroment should wake up to their responsibility and do the needful.
