Precious lives are being wasted on our defective highways.This accident occurred along Onistsha -Owerri expressway on Monday 27th February, 2017.It was reported that the trailer was trying to overtake the hummer bus. Eighteen passengers were confirmed dead.
FRSC(Federal road Safety) has implemented mandatory installations of speed limiting devices on vehicles, how far have they gone as far as enforcement is concerned.
