Charging suicide attempt victim to court, how justifiable?

A woman was rescued from committing suicide, it is in our law to try such offender in a court of law, you may ask what is the offence, the offence is making an attempt to kill herself. Read Reno Omokri view below

Econonomic and Financial Crime Commission(EFCC) is doing a great job. In the past few months many fraudster(yahoo boys) have been arrested. Some Yahoo boys were arrested at Aja in Lagos, expensive laptop were recovered from them. Youths have lost their sense of hard work, the energy and the skill they deploy in commiting crimes could be re-channel into productive activity. Those arrested should be made to face the full wrath of the law.
