Government is overwhelmed and it should not be left alone in the business of development, all hands must be on deck.

I t is painful that we do not learn from our mist ak es, incidence of building collapse has been on the increase. The unfortunate incidence of collapse building on the Island which claimed lives of so many children call for urgent attention. Government agencies in charge of building needs to wake up from slumber and do the needful. Weak structures in the metropolis poses grave danger to the inhabitants and drastic steps needs to be taken to avert potential danger.
