Governor Ambode and insecurity in Lagos.

Governor Akinwunmi Ambode seems to have lost it talking about security of lives and property in Lagos state.Students of Igbo nla has been kidnapped for the past two months, their parents cries everyday.

What is Lagos state government doing about it ? Until war against Badoo cult became escalated government has been highly insensitive to the senseless killings that has been on-going in Ikorodu.

Governor Ambode should be more proactive, he is the number security officer, Lagos state commissioner of police should be redeployed if need be.

How many of Badoo cult sponsors have been arrested? God help us.

SARS Reformation Long Overdue.

Special anti-robbery squad reformation is long overdue, reports of violence, maltreatment of people in the hands of SARS officers leaves much to desire. The squad is established primarily to stem the tide of armed robbery, when idea of forming an organisation like SARS was conceived there is nothing like Yahoo-Yahoo or 419. One is surprised that they abandoned their core duties and lay siege on fraudsters, many innocent people have been killed. Government should ensure that the reformation is total, police are suppose to be friends of the masses, it is imperative they conduct themselves professionally.

END OF THE ROAD FOR IFE-IBADAN ROADS

Motorist plying Ife-Ibadan road will heave a sigh of relief temporarily after arrest of some of the Fulani men that terrorize road users almost on daily basis. Many innocent lives have been snuffed out, these undesirable elements have field days and it seems those who are suppose to check their activities are dragging their feet. Now that government is ready to combat crime on our highway, the tempo should be sustained.
