    Infrastructural development is solely responsibility of the government as it generates revenue. However, churches, mosques and synagogue should rather engage in charity so that this may put an end to immorality witnessed in our places of worship

Asking for police report from gunshot victims before commencement of treatment is the height of absurdity. The erring policeman should be made to face the full wrath of the law to serve as deterrent to others.
