Lagos dwellers trekked long distance due to Buhari visit.

If I am not mistaking, the last time Lagos dwellers went through harrowing experience like this was when the former first lady Patience Jonathan visited Lagos.

The roads were blocked and people trekked long distance to their destinations, public transport vacated the roads.
President Buhari is on working visit to Lagos to commission some notable projects in the metropolis.

Many Lagosians would not forget his visit for a long time to come as people resolved to trekking long distance not out of their volition, but because the lock down was total.

Nigeria will grow up someday, why the lock down? Does it mean if there were no lock down Mr President would not be secured.

Killing Of NYSC Member In Abuja Condemnable .

S Her dream was cut short by a trigger happy policeman in Abuja.Miss Linda Igwetu would have completed service to her father land in a matter of few days. The policeman in question shot at the vehicle conveying her, she was hit by the bullets and because help did not come on time she bled to death. She was taken to some hospitals for emergency treatment but they refused to attend to her because they could not provide police report. We make laws, implementing those laws is an issue, some of our medical practitioners do not have modicum of feelings for human lives. Asking for police report from gunshot victims before commencement of treatment is the height of absurdity. The erring policeman should be made to face the full wrath of the law to serve as deterrent to others.
