After he got himself injured while trying to escape from policemen that laid siege on him. 

Senator Meleaye who is currently receiving medical attention has reason to smile. 

His recalling process by INEC failed woefully, only 50 percent of verified voters showed up. 

Senator Meleaye will now continue to perform his legislative duty but not until he defend allegation levelled against him.
