Often times they misleads motorist in order to fleece them.
Government set up this agency in order to make life easy, they are more after what they would get from traffic offenders than carrying out their mandates.
A decent society would not employed miscreant as traffic officers.Bad eggs among them should be thrown out for us to have saner society.
