This question was pose at the former president Obasanjo by President Buhari. 

His administration spent whooping sum of $16b on power.

Nigeria economy is bad because of poor power supply, most artisans could no longer practise their trade. 

Where is the power? we deserve to know how 16 billion dollars was spent without commensurate result.
