Governor Wike Set to Pay Ekiti State Civil Servants Salary Arrears.

APC leadership in Rivers State has accused his governor Nyesom Wike of planning to offset six months salary arrears owed by Ekiti States to civil servants.

This gesture is to gain support from civil servants during July 14th governorship election in that state.

If this allegation were true, then it only shows that politicians are toying with people emotions.Should they wait until election is near before payment of salary?

Electorates should be wiser now, politics is business in our country and people should wake up to this reality and vote desperate politicians with their feet.

What is voice over ?

Technologically speaking, what is voice over ?.Some years ago Farouk Lawan a.k.a Mr integrity was caught on tape, his voice was recorded while trying to collect bribe from Femi Otedola, he initially denied ownership of the voice, he claimed it was a voice over. Governor Nyesom Wike, the executive governor of Rivers state was heared  on tape trying to bribe some Inec officials, he bluntly denied ownership of the voice. Senator Dino Meleaye, a senator representing Kogi West Senatorial district a.k.a  ajeku iya was also caught on tape trying to bribe Justice Ikpeme, he vehemently denied. Is there anything like voice over, voice over means placing someone voice over your voice in a conversation for the purpose of deceit.
