They are Nigerians, they are determined to make a better life abroad. Unfortunately they were stuck in Libya, many of them might have lost their lives in the desert, but they are lucky to be alive.

Held incommunicado in a prison, they cried for help, how soon would the help come?

S Her dream was cut short by a trigger happy policeman in Abuja.Miss Linda Igwetu would have completed service to her father land in a matter of few days. The policeman in question shot at the vehicle conveying her, she was hit by the bullets and because help did not come on time she bled to death. She was taken to some hospitals for emergency treatment but they refused to attend to her because they could not provide police report. We make laws, implementing those laws is an issue, some of our medical practitioners do not have modicum of feelings for human lives. Asking for police report from gunshot victims before commencement of treatment is the height of absurdity. The erring policeman should be made to face the full wrath of the law to serve as deterrent to others.
