Technologically speaking, what is voice over ?.Some years ago Farouk Lawan a.k.a Mr integrity was caught on tape, his voice was recorded while trying to collect bribe from Femi Otedola, he initially denied ownership of the voice, he claimed it was a voice over. Governor Nyesom Wike, the executive governor of Rivers state was heared on tape trying to bribe some Inec officials, he bluntly denied ownership of the voice. Senator Dino Meleaye, a senator representing Kogi West Senatorial district a.k.a ajeku iya was also caught on tape trying to bribe Justice Ikpeme, he vehemently denied. Is there anything like voice over, voice over means placing someone voice over your voice in a conversation for the purpose of deceit.
This is one of the victims of xenophobic attack in South Africa.Will Nigeria government fold its arm and allow decimation of her citizenry .South Africa government has declared war on NIgerians living in their country.Government should rise up and do the needful, we cant continue like this.
