For Alleged diversion of 11b naira worth of  PMS, DSS(Directorate of State Service) recommended death penalty for Andy Ubah.Some of these political millionaire  are the reasons we are stagnant as a country.I dont expect any punitive measures be meted out to Andy Ubah because there is no  rule of law in this country. Impunity is the name of the game.


Diversion of PMS causes artificial scarcity, while masses are groaning, the likes of Andy Ubah smile to the bank.
