Cache of arms were recovered in Lagos port, the suspect has been arrested and detained.This is not the first arrest as regards importation of illegal arms this year, what is the update about the last recovery.An airforce officer, who was a member of the panel set up to investigate the syndicates behind the first arms seizure was assassinated.

Ifaki Ekiti received shocks of their lives when gang of armed robbers in commando like style overran the town, shot and killed a mobile policeman manning a commercial bank. They were unable to access the bank but the ATM was shattered.Investigation into Offa bank robbery is still ongoing, now another one just occurred. Would this not send wrong signal to banking populace. Banks needs impenetrable high level security to tackle perennial robbery incident.
