Could this be true :Jonathan administration dredge river Niger with 47 billion naira

Minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi revealed that dredging of River Niger cost the country 47 billion naira during the administration of former President Good-luck Jonathan.According to him the same work will be done with only 100 million naira.

The difference between amount spent by previous administration and what will be expended on the project now is unthinkable.Nigerians should be very careful when going to the poll to select their leaders.Some leaders are spendthrift and they dont see any reason why they should save for future.
