FRSC and policy unenforcement.

FRSC, an agency of the Federal Government  has weak leaders.They have not been able to enforce any policies.

Articulated vehicles carrying container are still unladen on our highway.Speed limiters policy remain unenforceable.I think we need strong leader with political will to achieve anything

Nobody knows NAFDAC. until Dora Akunyili came on board.      FRSC should wake up from slumber.
