A lance corporal on a bike abruptly stopped a bus driver and he gave the driver beatings of his life, he claimed the driver accidentally hit his motor bike, he inflicted injuries on the driver.

Does army uniform confers right on the personnel to mistreat a civilian ?

Many innocent lives have been snuffed out, these undesirable elements have field days and it seems those who are suppose to check their activities are dragging their feet.
