The programme has begun in some parts of the country but it is not run smoothly.Food vendors in some of these schools have down tool and it seems they are not having a fair deal.
Some of the vendors has complain of being short changed and they were not allowed to source for raw materials or necessary ingredients by themselves.
The quality of food serve to those children is another issue, each pupils is entitled to food worth 70 naira.It is either the program is scrapped or government get serious.
