Nigeria policemen needs inter-personal relationship training.

Why is it difficult for Nigeria police to relate peacefully with other security agencies.Over time there has been fracas between Nigeria police and Army.They clashed with Naval officers in Calabar and
several lives were lost.

Nigeria policemen needs to be train in inter-personal relationship, the irony of whole issue is that they are always at receiving end, they can not withstand Nigeria army or Navy combatantly.
