Alhaji Mujaheed Asari Dokubo is throwing his weight behind secession of the eastern part of the country. He has declared himself to be a Biafran , I think he had said over time that he is not a Nigerian but an Ijaw man.Most of the time he said he is from Ijaw nation.

What is the correlation between Ijaw nation and Biafra, may be he is confused.

Is there anything like voice over, voice over means placing someone voice over your voice in a conversation for the purpose of deceit.
