When they construct new road regardless of the quality of materials used we sing their praise to high heaven, They engage musician to eulogize them, one year after construction deterioration sets in. Torrential rainfall exposed shoddy job done on our roads, the roads are terribly bad, motorist spend better part of today on the road.We don't have government here.
