Rate of minor defilement on the increase.

Rate of defilement of minor is on the increase and I think it is disturbing.It is either between some "father" and their daughter or some mentally warped individual who could not control their libido.


What is attractive about a five year old that will make a 40 year old man defile her, what is the punishment for this offence in our law.I know some of this offender go unpunished that is why
people continue to perpetrate this evil.

There should be stiff punishment for offenders, it is either they are castrated or jail for life.
