5 million people without BVN!

It is unbelievably ridiculous that some individual are yet to link their account to BVN(biometric verification number).

I remember vividly my encounter with a bank official at Diamond bank Abeokuta. I was not allow to withdraw my money, they claimed my account was not properly linked to my BVN.

After making several calls to their head office my account was finally linked to my BVN.

How come we have about 5million people  who are yet to have BVN and they have been accessing their funds. Do they have two heads?  People who avoid BVN are likely to have skeleton in their cupboard.
