Nigeria custom is permitted to kill the innocent.

Nigeria customs has the right to kill innocent people. Don't they?

There had been report of killings of innocent people especially people that lives around border town in a gun duel between customs and smugglers.  In a sane climes,  it is better for a criminal to escape than killing an innocent person. All this nonsense will stop one day.
