I will like to salute the courage of Lagos State Commissioner of police Edgar for the on-going clamp down on hard drug users.Their is nexus between hard drugs and crime.Criminals depend on hard drugs like cocaine, indian hemp, codeine to perpetrate criminal act.

A drug free society is a crime free society, effort should be intensify to fight crime and drug related offences to a standstill. Government should be ready to rehabilitate drug addicts, drug addicts needs rehabilitation and media houses should collaborate with government agencies to sensitize youth about harmful effects of drug addiction.
