The Ikoyi whistle blower may have to wait for eternity, government excuses of tutoring him on how he should spend the largesse is unfounded.

If government fail to honour the agreement, nobody will be willing to divulge any information and this may mark the end of whistle blowing.

News have it that 80 percent of Nigeria policemen are appointed as private security details to some influential Nigerians.
