Buharis board appointment

Appointments of dead individuals into Federal government board is a clear indication that government appointment most time is not base on merit.

Due diligence is not made,  nepotism is the order of the day, 99.9 percent of those occupying sensitive position are incompetent.

We would not develop this way, why is it difficult to appoint people on merit. It is shameful our leaders pretend as if they know the way out but they are utterly confuse.
