Cattle ranch or colony.

The idea of having cattle colony seems to go down well with Fulanis herdsmen.

The question I want to ask is,  who proposed the idea. What is wrong with cattle ranch,  is there any difference between colony and ranch.

Now that all the states are not in support of cattle colony, the herdsmen should let peace reign and settle for ranch.
