Live wire fell and killed many in Ibadan.

It saddened my heart that in this 21st century live wire from a pole would fall on hapless citizens. This sad event occurred in Ibadan and it was a gory sight. Who will be held responsible? It was a painful death and government should take drastic step to forestall  re-occurrence.
