Averagely an inmate spent 14000 daily in Nigeria prison?

The statement credited to Minister of interior Abdulrahman Danbazau that government spend 14000 naira on each inmates daily.

This assertion should be subjected to investigation.Nigeria prison needs rehabilitation, inmates are poorly fed.

If the said amount is spent daily, we would not have a situations where inmates are mal nourish and some loosing their lives in despicable conditions.
