16 years of misrule and PDP Chairman apology.

National chairman of PDP apologised for 16 years of misrule. Mr Uche Secondus own up and admitted his party failure.

The treasury was emptied, no meaningful development, the country was practically stagnated.

How would the apology redeemed so many things that have gone bad. Many women have become widow because money earmarked to fight insurgency was diverted.

Dilapidated roads that was left unattended to had claimed many lives

How much of apology would be sufficient to give to the dead.

Electorates in 2019 would decide if the apology was accepted .
