Mad man that killed pupils in Ogun state blamed hunger.

This frustrated young man who claimed to be insane killed two pupils in Ogun state.

He said he had not eaten for days and may be frustrated with the system.

The only way he could vent his anger was to kill two pupils.

Why did he not vent his frustration on himself,  innocent children paid the supreme price of systemic failure.
