Nigeria will produce the next Stephen Hawking if...

Education still remain the bedrock of any society, a country that neglects her educational sector pays dearly for it.

Some countries of the world pay maximum attention to science. The British born Stephen Hawking is one of the products.

He was born on the 8th Jan 1942 and he passed on the 14th of March. He was the first to set out theory on cosmology.

Nigeria have many Stephen Hawking that work in banks. Fist class graduate in Physics, Chemistry and science based discipline have no business working in a bank and some unemployed.

Government should assemble best brain, invest in research so that we can produce another Stephen Hawking.

Some of the points he raised in his letter are salient and if adhered to would bring conspicuous transformation. While addressing some group of women at Eko Hotel and suites, he told them he would be writing another letter very soon. My worry is this, he had the opportunity to transform this country, Lagos-Ibadan express way and other major roads were left unattended to during his regime. Trillion of dollars was spent on power during his eight years tenure, yet power supply under his watch was comatose. Nigerians are bless with expanded sense of history, posterity would someday assess individual contribution to Nigeria project.
