President Buhari has read the riot act to the service chiefs. 

He said laxity on their path would no longer be entertained. 

It was speculated that Military were informed before Dapchi abduction took place. 

Mr President unequivocal said Boko Haram member's that are ready to embrace peace will be given amnesty.
