Danger of Ignoring pedestrian bridges .

Nigerians are good people, but some Nigerisns are naturally undispline people .

Government constructed pedestrian bridges iacross some busy roads in Lagos to prevents casualty.

Barriers are erected on some of these roads to prevent pedestrian from dashing across the roads.

Rather than using the pedestrian facility, some individual would risk their lives by crossing the busy express road.

At times, government display incompetence in siting some of these bridges.

There are major roads that needed pedestrian bridges,you would hardly find any there e.g Apapa Oshodi express way have very few pedestrian bridges.

Government should build

more pedestrian bridges along this axis to reduce carnage that emanated as a result of people crossing the road.

People who ignore pedestrian bridges risk their lives and they could be knocked down by oncoming vehicles.

Policeman Beat Nursing Mother In Ibadan.

. As long as Police Service Commission would not recruit right candidates we will keep having incidents like this . A woman with her child straped to her back was molested by a policeman because she indirectly stopped him from collecting 50 naira from a bike rider. This unfortunate incidents happened in Ibadan, police have lost their respect. Beating a nursing mother is criminal and the police man should be dealt with.

No country will move forward if don't stop vandalism. Pipelines are vandalise on daily basis to siphon fuel. Let us say no to vandalism. j

Former President To Write More Letters.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is a prolific writer and he recently wrote to President Buhari on vital economic issues. Some of the points he raised in his letter are salient and if adhered to would bring conspicuous transformation. While addressing some group of women at Eko Hotel and suites, he told them he would be writing another letter very soon. My worry is this, he had the opportunity to transform this country, Lagos-Ibadan express way and other major roads were left unattended to during his regime. Trillion of dollars was spent on power during his eight years tenure, yet power supply under his watch was comatose. Nigerians are bless with expanded sense of history, posterity would someday assess individual contribution to Nigeria project.
