Senate had a rowdy session as thugs stole the MACE

It is not unprecedented in Senate that mace which represent symbol of authority would be confiscated.

Senator Ovie-Omo Agege is taking us back memory lane when himself and some political mercenary or if you like call them thugs snatched the mace.

He was suspended recently for 90 days, now that the mace has been stolen and the senator arrested what is going to happen?

Constitutionally if there is no mace there will be no plenary session, Oh! what a country.

Policeman Beat Nursing Mother In Ibadan.

. As long as Police Service Commission would not recruit right candidates we will keep having incidents like this . A woman with her child straped to her back was molested by a policeman because she indirectly stopped him from collecting 50 naira from a bike rider. This unfortunate incidents happened in Ibadan, police have lost their respect. Beating a nursing mother is criminal and the police man should be dealt with.

Former President To Write More Letters.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is a prolific writer and he recently wrote to President Buhari on vital economic issues. Some of the points he raised in his letter are salient and if adhered to would bring conspicuous transformation. While addressing some group of women at Eko Hotel and suites, he told them he would be writing another letter very soon. My worry is this, he had the opportunity to transform this country, Lagos-Ibadan express way and other major roads were left unattended to during his regime. Trillion of dollars was spent on power during his eight years tenure, yet power supply under his watch was comatose. Nigerians are bless with expanded sense of history, posterity would someday assess individual contribution to Nigeria project.
