Probe into how $16.billions was expended on power has begun.

Administration of Olusegun Obasanjo spent whooping sum on power with nothing to show for it.

It is going to be mother of all probe, nobody is above the law, true democracy should uphold rule of law.

There should not be sacred cow, at the end of the probe, what is going to happen?

Every single wasted funds should be retrieved back to government coffers by EFCC.
