He has been terrorizing the area for a while before he was finally caught, is jungle justice the way forward? One of the reasons why people meted out jungle justice to criminals is because of defective criminal justice system.

In the 21st century we still act primitively and government look away, jungle justice encourages break down of law and order and it should be discouraged.

Law enforcement agents have a lot to do, taking bribes from condemned criminals in order to set them free encourages act like this.
