Gunshot victims need no police report.

Aside from Nigeria, is there any country in the world where hospital would demand for police report before treating gunshot victims. It is arrant nonsense.

This must stop,  medical practitioners had sworn an oath to protect lives. 

They should stabilize the victims first, afterwards they should inform law enforcement agents 

Let's stop being primitive.

The incumbent governor is owing lecturers in Oyo state tertiary institution backlogs of salaries.
