Little children more than ever before are endanger, they have become soft target in the hands of people who have practically lost their mind.

Parents have crucial role to play in protecting their children and ward's from preying pedophiles who is seeking to devour them.

Government should enact strong law that would ensure no pedophiles go unpunished, we can not afford to toy with the future of our children.

Killing Of NYSC Member In Abuja Condemnable .

S Her dream was cut short by a trigger happy policeman in Abuja.Miss Linda Igwetu would have completed service to her father land in a matter of few days. The policeman in question shot at the vehicle conveying her, she was hit by the bullets and because help did not come on time she bled to death. She was taken to some hospitals for emergency treatment but they refused to attend to her because they could not provide police report. We make laws, implementing those laws is an issue, some of our medical practitioners do not have modicum of feelings for human lives. Asking for police report from gunshot victims before commencement of treatment is the height of absurdity. The erring policeman should be made to face the full wrath of the law to serve as deterrent to others.

Road accident kill more than cancer.

Statistics of road accident released by NBS is staggering. The statistics revealed that close to 2598 Nigerians lost their lives in road accidents within the spate of six months. This is huge and it buttress the fact that life expectancy in Nigeria is very low. Some of these accidents are caused by bad roads , government budget billion of dollars every year for road rehabilitation, yet our road is bad. FRSC have the mandate to check recklessness on our road, motorist who break traffic rule always bribe their way out. Road carnage would be reduced if we are ready to do the needful, some of these accidents are man made. It is obvious road accident kill more than any deadly disease like cancer in Nigeria.

A thief was killed in Lagos, he pleaded to be set free but his tormentors refused. jungle justice was meted out to him. He has been terrorizing the area for a while before he was finally caught, is jungle justice the way forward? One of the reasons why people meted out jungle justice to criminals is because of defective criminal justice system. In the 21st century we still act primitively and government look away, jungle justice encourages break down of law and order and it should be discouraged. Law enforcement agents have a lot to do, taking bribes from condemned criminals in order to set them free encourages act like this. Nigeria is not a Banana Republic.
