Does SARS Police has the right to kill Yahoo Boys extra judicially?

Does SARS police officers has the right under the law to shoot and kill innocent guys labelling them Yahoo boys.

What sort of country is this ? Don't we have law to prosecute offenders, why should police kill a perceived offenders extra judicially.

What is voice over ?

Technologically speaking, what is voice over ?.Some years ago Farouk Lawan a.k.a Mr integrity was caught on tape, his voice was recorded while trying to collect bribe from Femi Otedola, he initially denied ownership of the voice, he claimed it was a voice over. Governor Nyesom Wike, the executive governor of Rivers state was heared  on tape trying to bribe some Inec officials, he bluntly denied ownership of the voice. Senator Dino Meleaye, a senator representing Kogi West Senatorial district a.k.a  ajeku iya was also caught on tape trying to bribe Justice Ikpeme, he vehemently denied. Is there anything like voice over, voice over means placing someone voice over your voice in a conversation for the purpose of deceit.
