More Than 9 Lives lost In Lagos Inferno.

Lagos tanker fire accident must have recorded more casualty than reported.

9 people were reported to have lost their lives and several others injured.

Vehicles burnt total 54, as a matter of factly more than 9 people lost their lives.

Reducing the number of casualties in order not to smear government integrity is not the way forward .Loss of one life is painful enough let alone 9 lives .

The crux of the matter is that, has any lesson been learnt? What would the government do differently next time.

Articulated vehicles are menace on our roads, strict measures should be deployed to control their activities on our roads

Churches are not reneging in performing their social corporate responsibility. Deeper Life Bible church Provision of bridge and car park is a steps in the right direction. Nigeria churches don't pay tax, but by supporting government in infrastructural development they are paying taxes indirectly. Places of worship like churches and mosques should borrow a leaf from Deeper life. Government is overwhelmed and it should not be left alone in the business of development, all hands must be on deck.

I t is painful that we do not learn from our mist ak es, incidence of building collapse has been on the increase. The unfortunate incidence of collapse building on the Island which claimed lives of so many children call for urgent attention. Government agencies in charge of building needs to wake up from slumber and do the needful. Weak structures in the metropolis poses grave danger to the inhabitants and drastic steps needs to be taken to avert potential danger. Agencies of government that have the oversight functions to ensure strict compliance to building processes and techniques should be purged and bad eggs among the personnel should be shown the way out.
