Now that the rains are fully back, we have to take maximum precaution to avert devastating effect of torrential rain.

During heavy down pour, houses are washed off and in some instances lives were lost.


Government needs to sensitize people about danger of covering up the drainage system with dirt during rainy seasons.

More funds should also be earmarked for building long lasting drainage system.
