Does every dream come true?

When we are young we all have dreams.Some dream to be a pilot, medical doctor e.t.c.

Few of the dreamers fulfilled their dreams while others find themselves in professions they never dream of  .

While some come to terms with their new profession, others become highly frustrated by being a round peg in a square hole.

Does destiny has a role to play in whatever we actually becomes?
