Rescue mission failed  several days after this vehicle plunged into the river, it was a gory  sight.

Aside from Lagos state, which other states invested so much on rescuing equipment.Human life is sacrosanct and it should be treated as such.

Tax remittance should be deployed to upgrade infrastructure  and provide basic amenities to people.

If help has come for the victims who were trapped under the water it would have been a different story.

This is one of the reasons why life expectancy in developing country is relatively low.
