The case of CJN before code of conduct bureau could be describe as comedy of error.Every moves by EFCC to fighting corruption is criticized by corrupt public servants.

Corruption is endemic and it should be fought headlong regardless of whose ox is gored.The CJN should not be seen to be above the law  and he should face the law of the land.

Equality before the law should be  sacrosanct .
