Democracy or Democrazy.

If CJN could forget to declare his asset before the code of conduct bureau, it is a pointer to the fact that we lack decorum and anything goes .

Ignorance does not exist in law, the one who should lead  by example is now found wanting.

Are we still in the learning curve, democracy that we practise has failed to leave nascent zone.
