Culture of Maintenance.

Maintenance culture is the culprits or does it mean  that certain safety measures are not in place 

Government officials most of the time fly in the air, it was shocking  when we heard about how Vice President Osibajo chopper crash landed.

The accident could have claimed the life of Osibajo if not for providence.

As a country we should learn to do things right, bad roads should be repaired to reduce carnage.
