Transformative leadership.

Medium of communication in Nigeria that is generally acceptable to all is English language.In other words English language is our lingua franca. Recently, ACP Shogunle advised people to talk to our police in pidgin English . Does that imply they can't comprehend or speak English language? The answer is no. The truth of the matter is, they feel more comfortable if the medium of exhange is Pidgin English. If this will prevent unprovoke attack on the massess, then let us plunge in ..

The FRSC team chased a vehicle that contravene traffic rule and they ended up this way. It was a tragic end for the occupants of this vehicle. The crux of the matter is that it is not necessary to chase traffic rule violators . We should emulate some countries of the world and follow suit. Life is so precious and it should be treated as such . It is high time we left realm of primitivity and do the needful, may their soul rest well. The educative arm of FRSC should orientate their men on why it is not necessary to chase traffic offenders.

Government Should build more prisons. Nigeria has about 10.5 million children that are out of school. Those that are privilege to govern now had access to free education provided by late sage Obafemi Awolowo. Primary education suppose to be free or highly subsidized. Every child has inalienable right to education. It is disheartening that reverse is the case. I feel very sad seeing children hawking on the high way during school hour.It is simply pointing to the fact that our government are irresponsible. Surge in crime rate has just begun, government that is not ready to provide qualitative education should. be ready to build more prisons, a stitch in time saves nine.

DIED IN THE LINE OF " DUTY" Nigeria lady have her head smashed by an Italian client for failure to satisfied him sexually . The Lady in question was a prostitute in Italy. The culprit has been arrested to be free later I am sure . Five Nigerian were arrested in UAE for armed robbery,  grass is greener on the other side so they say, how green is the grass is a discussion for another day.

He feigned death in Pastor Lukau church and now he is confirmed dead.This was the story of a miracle merchant who claimed he was restored back to life the first time by a popular pastor in South Africa. God is not mocked, miracle has taken the center stage in Christendom,  no one is talking about holiness, sanctification and second coming of our saviour. For all they care their congregants must increase. Preparing members for second coming of Jesus Christ is not part of their callings... Sharia law will not spare anyone find culpable of drug related offences. Execution of Nigeria woman in Saudi Arabia for trafficking drugs is worrisome. Many countries have abolished capital punishment but not country that practise sharia law. It is not only criminal to courier drugs to Saudi Arabia, it is also suicidal. Government should improve on the security of our airport. The woman would have been saved from shameful death if she had been arrested in Nigeria. Death penalty will not deter people from committing drug related offences in future . Abolishing death penalty will be a step in the right direction.

Inmates are taken to court in this vehicle.I have seen suspects going to court in this vehicle on one or two occasions. One thing is common to all suspects that I have come across when being move in black Maria. They beg passersby for money, foods, they stretch out their hands to collect whatever is given through the barrier that will prevent them from escape  Nigeria prison reforms is neglected because big men are not being imprison when they erred . I could imagine how despicable our prisons are, how suspects are poorly fed . Many convicts  become more hardened in the prisons, we need to take the bull by the horn and make every Nigeria proud to be Nigerians

Five man robbery gang from Nigeria that were arrested in UAE after their robbery escapade is a clear indication that all is not well with our youth  They left the shore of Nigeria for greener pasture, not necessarily to become an armed robber. A Nigerian guy who could not find a job started roasting plantain in Dubai for survival, however the five man criminal gang thought  otherwise. Our youths want quick fix, yahoo plus etc. Hmmn,  Oye lo ma kilo fun oni tobi( winter will teach a man that is half clad a lesson)

Kolade Johnson is another victim of police brutality.A sick country will never produce a healthy police force.Amuku e ru e Wo, oni oke le nwo, e WO isale. The foundation has been destroyed, inept leadership is what we parades. A police man that think guns is to be use against people he should protect needs to have his head examine. Killers of Kolade Johnson should be summarily dealt with. May his soul find rest.
